TRIPHASE TECHNOLOGIES (P) LTD.

We are tucked away in Mahalakshmi Layout on 14, 12th Cross in Bangalore. If you know the area, you know how the streets can get a bit confusing with all the turns. Our building is a simple place where we handle our technology work. It isn't a massive corporate campus with a gym or anything like that. It is just an office where we keep our servers and workstations. The 12th cross is usually a bit quieter than the main roads which is nice when we need to focus on coding or hardware designs. We spend a lot of our time sitting in front of screens. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait for the backup to kick in, which is just part of living and working in this city. The team here is small. We have known each other for a long time so there isn't much formality. We drink a lot of coffee and talk about how to solve bugs or get the circuits to work right. There are a few plants near the window that someone remembers to water every now and then. We don't spend money on fancy brochures or marketing people. We just rely on the fact that we have been here for a while and we know our way around the tech we use. It is a decent way to spend the day and we like the local neighborhood feel.
