Shilpa High Rise Pvt.Ltd. is based in Rajani Towers. We are located at number 42/46 on 27th Cross, right in the heart of Jayanagar 4th Block. It is a busy area with a lot of people walking around and plenty of shops nearby. Our office is on the 7th B Main Road side of the building. We spend our days dealing with various property matters and different construction projects. It involves a lot of meetings and looking over blueprints on the big table. The office has a few large windows that look out over the green trees in the neighborhood. Jayanagar is a nice part of Bangalore, and we really like being stationed here. Sometimes the traffic on the cross roads makes it hard for our visitors to find a parking spot, but that is just city life for you. We have a small kitchen area in the corner where we make our own coffee and tea. It is a simple setup for the staff. We have got several tall filing cabinets filled with old records and project plans from years ago. Most of us have been working together for a long time, so we know the routine. We are not interested in being the loudest company in the industry. We just focus on the projects we have and try to do a decent job every day. The lift in Rajani Towers works most of the time.
