Working out of the World Trade Center on the 22nd floor is something else. Being at NEXPERIA BV INDIA BRANCH, we get a pretty good view of Malleshwaram from up here. It’s inside the Brigade Gateway Campus, which is always buzzing with people going to the mall or heading to other offices. Getting through security at the bottom takes a minute, but once you're up at No 26/1 on Dr Rajakumar Road, things quiet down a bit. We are in the Regus space, so it's a mix of different people around the halls. Our team is usually focused on the tech side of things. The 22nd floor feels high up when the wind blows hard, but the office itself is just a regular place with computers and chairs. We spend a lot of time on calls or looking at spreadsheets. It's not all glamorous just because it's a big tower. Sometimes we just want the coffee machine to work without needing to read a manual. Lunch is usually a quick run down to the food court or something brought from home in a bag. The commute to the campus can be a pain depending on the traffic signals, but that is just Bangalore life. We’ve been set up here for a bit now and have a routine that works for everyone. It’s a professional spot but we try to keep it relaxed inside our own four walls. It's just us doing our thing.
