Leap Industries

Leap Industries is located on the second floor of the PC Industrial Estate in Kamakshipalya. The unit numbers are 57/58/A. It’s a bit of a climb up the stairs, especially when we’re carrying parts. Magadi Main Road is always packed with vehicles, and the industrial estate itself is a maze of small factories and workshops. Our floor is usually buzzing with the sound of machines or tools. We don’t have an air-conditioned office or a fancy waiting room. It’s a working floor through and through. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we’re usually too busy to worry about that. We’ve been here in Kamakshipalya for several years now. Most of our workers live nearby, so it’s a local operation. We don’t go in for big marketing campaigns. We just focus on getting the units built and out the door. Sometimes the cargo lift breaks down, and we have to figure out a workaround. It’s just the way things go in an old industrial building. We drink tea from the stall downstairs and keep our heads down. It’s not glamorous, but it’s what we do. We know our neighbors and we know our trade. That’s enough for us. The rain sometimes leaks through the old window frames, but we just put a bucket under it and carry on.
