We are set up at No. 46/1, just about 11 kilometers off the main Kanakapura Road in Doddkallasandra. It’s a bit of a drive from the city center, but it’s a good spot for a polymer plant because we have the space we need. We have a fair amount of room here for the big machinery and the raw materials that come in. The smell of plastic and materials is something you get used to pretty quickly when you work here every single day. It’s a practical environment, not a showroom. We have some heavy equipment that runs pretty much around the clock when we have big orders that need to go out. The staff lives mostly in the nearby areas, so we have a good crew that knows how every machine works. We aren't into big corporate speeches or missions. We just look at the production schedule in the morning and try to stay on track. The yard gets a bit messy with wooden pallets and scraps sometimes, but we try to clear it out when we have a spare moment. We've seen a lot of new houses coming up around this area lately, but we’ve been here since before it got so busy. Kalyani Polymers is just a local business making stuff that other companies need for their own products. We don't have any awards on the wall. We just have our work and our machines. It’s a decent place to work if you don't mind the noise and getting your hands a bit dirty.
