JACOB GMBH is located over in UB City in Bangalore. If you know the area, you know it’s a pretty prominent part of the city. We’ve got our setup here, and it keeps us right in the middle of the action. Bangalore is always moving fast, and being in UB City means we are part of that energy. We spend our days here dealing with all sorts of technical and business tasks. The office is a good size for us, not too big and not too cramped. We have a mix of people working here, some who have been with us for years and others who are newer. It’s a professional environment but we don't act like robots. We talk to each other and share a laugh when things get stressful. The commute can be a bit of a pain with the Bangalore traffic, but once we’re in the office, we just focus on what needs to be done. We don't spend a lot of time on marketing ourselves with big slogans. We just do the work and let that speak for itself. Sometimes we stay late when there’s a big project, and other times we finish up and head home to avoid the worst of the evening cars. It’s a practical way to run things. We’re just regular people trying to do a good job from our base in the city. There is always a lot to do.
