Area is a maze of roads and factories, but once you find the Export Bhavan, we’re easy to locate. We deal with precision measurement scales and encoders. It’s very specific work that requires a lot of accuracy. If a measurement is off by even a tiny bit, it ruins the whole thing, so we have to be very careful. The office is mostly filled with testing equipment and boxes ready for shipping. It’s not a glamorous spot, just a practical workplace in the heart of an industrial zone. The noise of the neighboring factories is pretty much constant, but we don't mind it much anymore. We have a small team here. Most of us have been around for a few years and we know the products inside out. We don't have a big sales pitch or a fancy lobby to impress people. Usually, when someone comes to see us, they’re looking for a technical solution for their machines. We just sit down, look at what they need, and see if we have the right part for the job.
