We are located in the Concorde Block on Vittal Mallya Road, right in the heart of the city. It’s a pretty well-known spot, being part of the Up City area. Even though 3M is a big name people recognize, the vibe here in the office is actually quite grounded. We spend a lot of our time looking out at the traffic on 24 Vittal Mallya Road while we try to figure out the best way to handle the day's tasks. The office is modern enough, but it still has that lived-in feel with half-empty coffee mugs and stacks of papers everywhere. We don't really go for that stiff, corporate atmosphere you might expect. People here are friendly and we talk a lot about our weekend plans or where to get the best lunch nearby. It’s a lot of coordinating and making sure different departments are talking to each other. Sometimes things get a bit disorganized, especially when we have big projects going on, but we always find a way to settle the dust. We’ve been at this Bangalore location for quite a while, and it feels like home to most of us now. We just focus on getting the work done and making sure we stay on top of all the various products we handle. It’s a busy place with a lot of different people, but we all just get along and keep things moving.
