Shilpa High Rise Pvt. Ltd.

Shilpa High Rise Pvt. Ltd. is based out of our office at 42/36, Rajani Tower. It’s right on the 27th Cross Road in Jayanagar 4th Block. Being in this part of Bangalore means there is always something going on outside. We have been here for a while now. The building is easy to find if you know the 7th B main Road area. Inside, it is just a normal workspace. We have a few desks, some chairs for visitors, and a lot of files related to our high-rise projects. People come in and out all day. Sometimes the traffic on the main road makes it hard to hear, but we are used to it by now. We spend most of our time looking at plans and talking to contractors on the phone. It is not a fancy setup with bright lights or anything. We just focus on the construction work we have to finish. Jayanagar is a good spot for us because most of our staff lives nearby. We usually grab tea from the stall around the corner in the mornings. There is nothing much more to say about us. We are just a group of people working in the building industry. Our office door is usually open during the day. We don't really do much advertising or stuff like that. Most people find us through word of mouth or by just seeing the sign on the tower. That is how it has been for years, and we plan to stay here for a lot longer.
