You can find Yumcut Foods Llp at No. 3/7 in the R.V. Complex. We are located on Arkere Main Road, right off Bannerghatta Road. That area is always jammed with traffic, so we spend a lot of time watching cars crawl by from our window. It’s a small space in the complex. We’ve got some equipment and a few tables. It gets a bit cramped when everyone is in at the same time. We do food work here. It's mostly about cutting and prepping things. We aren't some massive factory. It’s just a handful of us. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait around for the generator to kick in. It’s annoying but part of the job. We don't have a receptionist. If the phone rings, whoever is closest picks it up. We aren't very formal here. Most of us have known each other for years. We just wanted to start something of our own on Bannerghatta Road. The R.V. Complex is an old building, but it works for what we need. We don't have a website that looks like a million bucks. We just focus on the actual food. Every evening we clean up and get ready for the next day. It’s a cycle. We don't try to be something we aren't. We are just a local LLP trying to stay busy and keep the bills paid. It's hard work, but we like the independence it gives us.
