Yuanju Restuarant Llp

Our place is located at No.57 Defence Colony, right in the Jeevanbhima Naga area. It’s officially listed as Property Id 74 2 57, but to us, it’s just the restaurant where we spend all our time. Being part of Yuanju Restuarant Llp means our mornings start early with the vegetable deliveries and the smell of the kitchen getting warmed up. This part of Bangalore-560038 is usually quite lively, which keeps us on our toes. The building itself is okay, nothing too special, just a solid place for us to cook. We’ve got some tables and chairs, and a kitchen that feels a bit too small when the dinner rush starts. It gets hot back there, and sometimes the staff gets a bit stressed when the tickets pile up, but we manage. We aren't some big chain; we’re just a local business trying to keep the stoves going. You might see us out back taking a break or dealing with the trash containers on the side of the road. It’s honest work. We don't have any fancy mission statements or anything. We just want to serve the food we know how to make. Sometimes the rain makes the roof leak a little, or a lightbulb goes out when we’re too busy to change it right away. It’s just how things are in a real kitchen. We’re just here in Defence Colony doing our best with what we have.
