Yashaswini Cnc

Yashaswini Cnc is located at number 455 on the 12th Cross of the 4th Phase in the Peenya Industrial Area. If you have ever been to Peenya, you know it is a place of constant noise and movement. Our shop is right in the middle of it all. We have several CNC machines that take up most of our space. The air inside always smells a bit like metal and cutting oil. It’s a smell you get used to after a while. We don’t have a fancy glass facade. It’s just a metal shutter and some concrete walls. Most of our work involves taking technical drawings and turning them into real metal parts. It takes a lot of patience to get the settings right. The 12th Cross can be very crowded, making it hard to find a place to park a bike sometimes. We have a small corner with a table where we look over the designs and have our tea. The lighting isn't the best, but we have lamps fixed to the machines so we can see what we are doing. We are just a small group of machinists. We don't have a corporate structure or human resources. If there’s a problem, we just talk it out over the sound of the lathes. The work is dusty and loud, and our hands are usually stained by the end of the shift. We just aim to finish the orders on time and keep the tools sharp.
