Woodstock Silk Exports

Our place is at 53/4 Jakkasandra New Extn, right in the 1st Block of Koramangala. It’s a busy part of the city but our little corner is tucked away enough that it stays manageable. Woodstock Silk Exports has been running out of this spot for a while. We handle a lot of silk here, so you’ll see rolls of fabric stacked up against the walls. It’s not a fancy setup. We have a few big tables for checking the cloth and some space for packing everything up. The Jakkasandra area has grown a lot, but we’ve stayed put. Most of our day is spent talking to suppliers or making sure the shipping labels are right. It can get a bit chaotic when a big shipment comes in. We don’t have a marketing team or anyone to write fancy slogans. We just know our way around silk and how to get it where it needs to go. Sometimes the stairs are a bit narrow when we are carrying heavy boxes, but we manage. We like being in Koramangala because everything we need is nearby. It’s a practical location for a business like ours. We don’t try to be something we’re not. We are just a local export house doing our thing every day. The fans are always running to keep the dust off the silk and we just keep at it until the sun goes down.
