We operate out of Madhu Nivas, which is that building right by the Abhilash Bar on Hennur Main Road. It’s a pretty easy landmark to find if you’re heading down that way. Our office is at number 356. Wolfpack Estates is just a small group of us working on property deals and helping people figure out where they want to live or invest. Hennur has changed a lot over the years, and we’ve seen it firsthand from this office. It used to be much quieter, but now there’s always something happening right outside our window. We spend a lot of our time on the phone or out at different sites across the city. Being on the main road helps because we can get to places relatively quickly, or as quickly as the Bangalore traffic allows. We aren’t a big corporate firm with fancy lobbies. It’s more of a practical setup here. We just focus on the work at hand. Sometimes the building gets a bit noisy, but that’s just part of being in this part of town. If someone needs to talk about a house or a piece of land, they usually just drop by or give us a call. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It’s just us doing our thing every day. We’ve been at this address for a while and know the neighborhood pretty well by now. It’s a good spot to be in if you want to stay connected to what’s happening in real estate around here. We keep our files organized and try to be helpful.
