Wipro

Down at No 72 in Keonics Electronic City, that is where we are located. It is right off the Hosur Road, which is always packed with cars and buses. Wipro has a big presence here, but inside our specific block, it just feels like a bunch of people working on their computers. We have got rows of desks and plenty of cables everywhere. The campus is large, but we spend most of our time in our specific area. It is not all about the big name; it is about the daily grind of solving problems and writing code. We have a canteen where everyone grabs food and talks about their weekend or the latest project issues. Sometimes the air conditioning is a bit too cold, so you see people wearing sweaters even when it is hot outside. We have been at this location for a long time. It has seen many changes in the neighborhood as more buildings went up around us. We just keep doing what we do. There are a lot of meetings, maybe too many sometimes, but that is just how it goes in a place like this. We walk from one building to another for coffee breaks or to catch up with other teams. It is a routine that works for us. We are just a part of the landscape here on Hosur Road, making sure the systems keep running for everyone who uses them. It gets busy, but we find our rhythm and keep at it.
