Working in Wilson Garden at 1/B means we are right in the middle of everything. The 4th Cross is a narrow spot and getting deliveries in can be a bit of a headache sometimes. We deal with chemicals and it is mostly about moving drums and checking labels all day. Hosur Main Road is always jammed with traffic so we try to get our stuff moved early in the morning. We don't have a fancy lobby with a receptionist. Usually if you walk in you’ll just see someone in a lab coat or moving crates around. It is a practical business and we don't spend much time on appearances. The building is older and the stairs are a bit steep but it serves us well enough. We keep a close eye on the inventory because that is the most important part of the job. It is not the kind of work that gets you a lot of praise but it is necessary. We have been here for a good while and we know the shortcuts around the neighborhood to avoid the worst of the Bangalore traffic. It’s a small operation and we like it that way. Everyone knows their job and we don't need a lot of meetings to get things done. We just work until the sun goes down and then lock up for the night.
