Whizz Colour Prints

If you head down Hosur Road to the 10th Cross in Akshaya Nagar, you will find Whizz Colour Prints. We are in the 2nd Block of Dg Palya on the main road, not too far from the Total Hyper Market. The shop is usually humming with the sound of the big printers running. There is always that specific smell of fresh ink and warm paper in the air. We have stacks of cardstock and rolls of vinyl leaning against the walls because we never seem to have enough shelf space. Our counters are often covered in proofs and cut-offs from the morning’s jobs. People come in with USB drives or old photos they want copied, and we just get to work. It is a busy little place, especially when someone needs a big banner done last minute. The floor has some ink stains here and there that will not come out, but that is part of running a print shop. We spend a lot of time clearing paper jams or refilling toner cartridges. The lighting is a bit bright so we can see the colors properly, which makes the space feel a bit intense sometimes. We aren’t a giant corporate printing house; we are just a local spot where the machines are always going and the trash can is usually full of scraps. It is loud and a bit frantic during the rush hours, but we manage to stay on top of the orders.
