VP AND A CONSULTING LLP

Our office address is a bit confusing to people who aren't from around here, with the whole 4th Cross and 3rd Cross thing in Mannarayanapalaya. We're at number 35/1, Balalga. It's tucked away in the RT Nagar area. It’s a busy part of town, but our little corner is usually manageable. We operate as an LLP, which keeps the paperwork relatively straightforward for us. We’re not the type of company that has a big reception area with someone waiting to take your coat. Usually, you just walk in and one of us will look up from a laptop. We do consulting work, which mostly involves a lot of reading and talking through different scenarios. Our space is filled with files and old notebooks. It’s not the most organized place in the world, but we know where everything is. We don’t really go in for those corporate retreats or team-building exercises you hear about. We just work together and get along fine. Being in RT Nagar is convenient for grabbing lunch or running errands during the day. We’ve seen the neighborhood change over the years, new shops opening and old ones closing down. We just keep doing our thing at our own pace. It’s a very hands-on way of working. There are no layers of management to go through here. If a decision needs to be made, we just talk it over and decide right then. No fuss.
