Vipasa Resorts LLP is located in the Skanda Complex, which is at number 1238. We are right on the 23rd Cross in Banashankari (BSK) 2nd Stage. This is a well-known part of Bangalore South, and the 560070 area is usually quite active. Our office is just one of the many units in the complex. It’s a practical space where we manage the various aspects of our resort business. We don't have a big fancy entrance or anything like that. You just come into the complex and find us at our unit. It’s a lot of routine work—lots of paperwork, checking on property details, and making sure the legal side of the LLP is all handled. BSK 2nd Stage is a nice area with a mix of homes and shops, so there’s always something going on outside. Inside the office, it’s mostly just us at our desks. We’ve been here for a while, and the Skanda Complex has become a familiar home for our operations. We like the fact that it's a straightforward location. There’s no corporate fluff here. We just show up, do our work, and keep the business moving. It’s a small team, so everyone does a bit of everything. Whether it’s answering the phone or filing documents, we just get on with it. It’s a real, local office for a business that cares about getting the details right. It works well for our needs and we enjoy being here.
