Vikas International

Our office is tucked away on the second floor of a building in Pukhraj Layout. It’s right off Bannerghatta Road, down the third cross. If you aren't looking for it, you might miss the turn. Vikas International is just a small group of us working out of this space. It’s a quiet enough area considering how busy the main road gets. We’ve been here for a while and have gotten used to the rhythm of the neighborhood. There is a lot of climbing up and down the stairs, but it keeps us moving. We handle international dealings, mostly over the phone and through emails. It’s funny how a small room in Bangalore can connect to so many different places. We don't have any big signs or advertisements. Most people find us through word of mouth or long-standing relationships. The office is a bit crowded with samples and stacks of documents, but we know where everything is. It’s not the kind of place with a receptionist or a waiting lounge. You just walk in and we're right there at our desks. We try to keep things organized, though it gets a bit chaotic when shipments are due. We just do our jobs and try to stay on top of the schedule. There’s always someone making a round of tea or complaining about the traffic on Bannerghatta. It’s a normal office with normal people just doing their best every day to keep things running smoothly for everyone involved.
