Vetcare - Division Of Tetragon Chemie Pvt. Ltd.

Vetcare is a part of Tetragon Chemie and we are set up over in the Khb Industrial Area in Yelahanka New Town. Our spot is IS-40. Being in an industrial area means there are always trucks moving around and the sound of machinery from the neighboring units. It’s not exactly a quiet place to work, but you get used to it after a week or two. We focus on animal health products. A lot of our day involves managing the production cycles and making sure the warehouse stays organized. It's a lot of heavy lifting and moving pallets around. The office part of the building is where we handle the orders and the logistics. Yelahanka has grown a lot lately, so the commute for some of the guys has gotten longer than it used to be. We have a small canteen area where we sit for lunch and talk about the weekend. It’s a pretty straightforward operation. We don’t have fancy carpets or glass walls. It’s a factory setting through and through. The floors are concrete and the shelves go all the way to the ceiling. We deal with a lot of different chemicals and ingredients for the supplements we make, so there is always a particular smell in the air—not bad, just different. We just show up, do the work, and try to get the orders out on time to the farmers and vets who need them at their clinics.
