Our small office is tucked away over at 58 CIL A Block in Sanjay Nagar. It is a quiet enough spot compared to the rest of the city, which we actually prefer. We spend most of our time looking at property papers and talking to people who are interested in buying or selling around this part of town. There isn't a lot of space in the office, but it's enough for the three of us to get through the daily chores. Sometimes the coffee machine breaks down, and we have to go down the street to the corner shop, but that gives us a chance to chat with the neighbors. We’ve lived and worked in this area for quite some time, so we know the streets pretty well. The building itself is an older one, but it has some character and the rent is fair. We don't have any fancy receptionists or big glass walls. It’s just desks, chairs, and a few filing cabinets that have seen better days. People stop by when they need something explained about a plot or a house nearby. We try to be helpful and give them the straight story without any extra talk. It’s a simple way to run things, and it seems to suit the people in Sanjay Nagar. We usually close up early on Saturdays to spend time with family. It's just a regular local business doing what we know.
