We are situated in Malleshwaram, right behind the South Indian Bank building at No 31 on the 1st Floor of 7th Cross. Malleshwaram is one of those places in Bangalore that still feels like the old days. The streets are lined with trees and there’s a certain charm to it that you don't find everywhere. Upteam Consulting Llp is our name. Our office is up a short flight of stairs. It’s not a massive space, but we’ve made it work for us. We spend our days dealing with various consulting tasks. It’s mostly just us at our desks, talking through problems and looking at documents. We aren't big on flashy office supplies or expensive chairs. We just use what works. The 7th Cross can get quite busy, especially with people going to the bank or the nearby markets. We often go out for a walk during lunch to get some fresh air and maybe grab some filter coffee. There’s no corporate ladder to climb here. We all just work together and get things finished. It’s a simple, honest way of doing business. Being in such a traditional neighborhood makes us feel connected to the city. We’ve been here for a bit and we don't plan on moving anytime soon. It’s a good spot for what we do and it feels right to be here. We just show up and do our bit until the work is finished.
