Universe Power Systems

We are tucked away at 421 1st Cross on Church Road in New Thippasandra. It is a residential-feeling area but we have been running Universe Power Systems from here for quite some time now. Dealing with batteries and power backups means there is always something heavy to move or a circuit to test. It is not the cleanest job in the world, and our hands usually have a bit of grime or lead on them by the end of the day. We do not have a fancy front desk with a receptionist. Usually, whoever is closest to the door just answers it when someone knocks. We spend our time checking voltages and making sure the units are charging right before they go out to any customers. Sometimes the rain makes things difficult since we have to be careful with the equipment, but we manage. The neighbors know us, and we try not to make too much noise during the day. It is just a regular local business. We do not have some grand vision statement or a list of core values on the wall. We just want the power to stay on for the people who buy our stuff. If something breaks, we look at it and try to fix it. It is a lot of manual work and sometimes the paperwork gets a bit behind, but the actual systems get done. That is what matters most to us at the end of the day.
