We’re located in Benaka Residency, right on 9th Main in Bandappa Garden. It’s in the Muthayalanagar part of Mathikere, here in Bangalore. Even with the name, we are very much a local operation on the ground here. The office is a busy spot. We have a lot of paperwork coming in and out because of the nature of the instruments we deal with. It’s not always the most exciting work, sitting at a desk and checking serial numbers, but it has to be done right. The building itself is pretty standard for this part of town. We know the other folks in Benaka Residency and say hello in the mornings. Sometimes the internet goes down and we have to scramble to get things back on track. It’s just like any other workplace. We don’t have a massive marketing budget or a team of people writing fancy slogans. It’s mostly just us making sure the orders are correct and the shipping details are sorted out. Mathikere is a good spot for us. It’s got a bit of a buzz, but it’s still manageable. We’ve had some long days here, especially when big shipments arrive. It feels good to get everything organized and sent off to where it needs to go. We just keep our heads down and do the work day by day. Sometimes we stay late to finish up the logs, but that’s just part of the job. It’s a steady pace most of the time.
