Universal Alpha Properties Llp is up on the 1st Floor at No. 13 in the Green Leaf Extension area. We are right by the 1st Cross in the 4th Block of Koramangala. If you know the 80 Ft Road, you know it gets incredibly busy with cars and bikes at almost every hour of the day. Our office is just a regular room where we sit and get our work done. It is not one of those big glass buildings you see in the tech parks, just a local place above the street level. Usually, someone is always in by nine to get the computers started and maybe sweep out the dust that blows in from the balcony. Koramangala has a lot of energy, and being right in the middle of it means we see all sorts of people walking by. We spend most of our time talking about floor plans or checking on property papers for various clients. The stairs up to the first floor are a bit narrow, but once you are inside, it is a decent enough space to sit down and chat. We do not have a big staff, just a few of us who know the neighborhood well. Sometimes the internet acts up when it rains, but we manage to stay busy regardless. It is just a straightforward office where we handle property things without any unnecessary fuss.
