Tvs Sundaram Fasteners Ltd (Auto Mobile Division)

Our spot is right on Poonamallee High Road, specifically at 47/2A in Velappanchavadi. It's a busy stretch of road, and there’s always something happening outside the gates. Tvs Sundaram Fasteners Ltd is a name a lot of people recognize around here, but this specific division focuses on the auto mobile side of things. Inside the facility, it's pretty industrial. There’s the sound of machinery and the smell of metal and oil. It’s not the kind of place where you’d wear a suit and tie. We’re mostly in our work gear, making sure the production lines are moving. It’s a lot of repetition, checking parts and making sure everything fits the specs. We don't have a fancy reception area. It’s more about the workshop floor. The workers here have been doing this for a long time. Some have been with us for years and know the machines better than anyone. We deal with a lot of heavy stuff, so safety is just part of the daily talk. We aren't big on corporate slogans. We just want to get the parts out on time so the assembly lines don't stop. The traffic on the high road can be a headache during shift changes, but we’ve learned to work around it. It’s just honest work in a busy part of the city, and we take it one day at a time without much fuss.
