Tulsyan Nec Limited

Tulsyan Nec Limited is over at Number 37 in the Kaveriappa Layout. It’s on Miller Tank Bund Road in the Vasanthnagar area. This part of Bangalore is quite central but the layout itself feels a bit tucked away from the main chaos of the city. We have an old building that has been our home for a long time. There is a small gate and a bit of yard space where we sometimes park the scooters. Inside, the atmosphere is pretty quiet compared to a busy factory floor. We deal with steel and infrastructure projects so most of our work involves a lot of planning and looking at blueprints or digital spreadsheets. The furniture is a bit dated and the wooden desks have some scratches and tea rings on them. We have a few cupboards filled with old files that go back many years. The staff here mostly sticks to their routine, starting the day with a bit of conversation before getting into the heavy tasks. We don’t have a big corporate lobby with a digital screen or a fancy coffee machine. It’s just a place where engineers and administrators work together in a simple environment. Sometimes the rain makes the trees outside look nice but it also means the roof leaks a little in one spot near the window. We just put a bucket under it and keep working. It’s a steady kind of business. We’ve seen the city grow around us while we stayed in this same layout. We just do our part.
