Our office is located in Vasanth Nagar 2. It’s a straightforward kind of place, nothing too fancy to look at from the outside or the inside. We have been here for a while, just handling the daily operations for Trane India Ltd in this area. The space is filled with desks, computers, and a lot of paperwork that needs sorting. It’s a working office, so it’s usually a bit noisy with people talking on phones or typing away at their keyboards. We don't have a big reception area with fresh flowers and fancy furniture. It is just where the staff comes to put in their hours and get the job done. Vasanth Nagar is a decent area to work in, though parking can be a bit of a struggle sometimes if you don't arrive early in the morning. We don't spend any time writing long speeches about what we do. We just deal with the orders, the logistics, and whatever other issues come up during the workday. It’s a very routine environment. We have our coffee breaks and lunch hours together in the small breakroom. Most of the people here have been with the company for several years, so we are more like a group of friends than just coworkers. We know the routine and we stick to it every day. It’s not about being the biggest or the best, it’s just about completing the tasks on the list. The building is older, but it serves its purpose for us.
