We've been over here at 47, 3rd Phase in Peenya for a good while now. It’s a busy industrial area, so it gets noisy with trucks coming in and out all day long. Tirupati Adhesives is basically just us working with different types of glues and bonding stuff. Most of our days are spent checking the latest batches or talking to people who need something to stick two things together. It isn't a fancy office or anything like that. We have the machines set up and the staff knows what they’re doing by now. Sometimes the heat in the workshop gets a bit much during the summer months, but we get through the orders. People around Peenya know where we are if they need to pick something up in a hurry. We don't spend much time on the computer or trying to make things look pretty. It's more about getting the mix right so the product actually works for the customer. Sometimes we run late with deliveries when the traffic gets really bad around the industrial estate, which seems to happen a lot lately. We just focus on the glue and making sure it goes where it needs to go. If you come by the 3rd Phase, you’ll see our gate and the sign. It’s a practical setup, nothing more. We just keep our heads down and handle the daily production. It's a lot of manual work and checking the drums. That's how it goes for us.
