Thindi Buddha Foods Llp is based at No. 994, on the ground floor along 11th Main Road. We are in HAL 2nd Stage, which is right in the heart of Indiranagar. This area is always buzzing with people and cars, so there is never a dull moment. We decided to set up here because it is a central location, even if the parking is a total nightmare most days. Our daily routine involves a lot of food prep and managing the kitchen. It’s not a polished operation with a PR team. It is just us, wearing our aprons and making sure the food is ready on time. We often have to deal with the chaos of the main road, especially during lunch hours when everyone is in a hurry. The space we have is functional, but it gets pretty cramped when we have a lot of orders coming in at once. We don't use any big words or fancy slogans to describe what we do. We just cook and pack and try to keep our customers happy. Sometimes we make mistakes, like forgetting a side dish or getting an order slightly wrong, but we always try to fix it quickly. We are just a group of people who enjoy food and want to make a decent living in this city. It is hard work, standing on our feet all day, but we like the energy of Indiranagar and the folks who stop by.
