The Life Style

Our shop is at Byrasandra 63. It’s a simple building on a street that gets a fair amount of foot traffic. We sell a variety of things here, mostly stuff people need for their daily lives or their homes. The racks are full of different fabrics and colors. We don't have a huge staff, just a few of us who take turns being behind the counter and helping people find their sizes. The lighting inside is a little yellow, which gives the place a warm feel, though some people say it’s hard to tell the difference between dark blue and black. We try our best to keep everything folded, but once a few people start looking through the piles, it gets messy again pretty fast. That’s just part of the job, though. We spend the quiet hours re-folding shirts and hanging up coats. The front door has a little bell that rings every time someone enters, which is helpful when we’re in the back checking the inventory. We have a small mirror in the corner that’s seen better days, but it does the trick. There isn't much of a fancy setup here, just clothes and shelves and us. We like the neighborhood and the people who live around here. It’s a plain and simple business, and we just try to keep things moving along without too much fuss or trouble for anyone who visits us.
