You can find us up on the 4th floor over at Bairavi Cruzst, which is near that Rock Church in Chelekere. It’s not the easiest place to spot from the main road, but we kind of like it that way. We spend most of our hours in the kitchen area, prep work takes up a lot of time. It’s just a few of us working here, trying to get the flavors right. The building is usually pretty quiet except for when we’re busy cooking. We don't have a big front office or a receptionist. If you come by, you’ll probably just see one of us covered in flour or chopping something up. We moved into No 406 A because it had the space we needed for our setup. It’s a bit of a climb if the lift isn't working, but we’ve gotten used to it. The neighborhood is mostly residential, so we see the same faces around the church quite often. We don't really use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. We just make food and hope people enjoy what they eat. Some days are busier than others, especially when the weather is nice. We just stay focused on the kitchen and the orders. It’s an honest way to spend the day, and we're just glad to have a spot here in Chelekere. We keep it basic and just focus on what's cooking.
