We’re located over at Sunscape in the Sobha Hillview area, which is just off the Kanakapura Main Road. If you know where the Thalaghattapura Police Station is, we are right near there at number 3075. It’s a bit of a drive if you’re coming from the center of town, but it’s a lot quieter out here, which we appreciate. Talenthivee Hr Solutions Llp is what we call ourselves, but mostly we’re just a small group of people working out of this space. We do a lot of work involving hiring and finding solutions for different HR problems. Most of our day is spent talking to candidates or going through piles of applications. It can be a bit tedious, but we have a good rhythm going. The office has a lot of natural light, which helps when you’re staring at a screen for eight hours. We don’t really do anything fancy here; no bean bags or game rooms, just plain old work. Sometimes the police station nearby gets busy and there’s some noise, but usually, it’s just the sound of us typing away. We’ve been in this neighborhood for a while and we like the local feel of it. We aren't some big multinational firm, just a local business trying to make sure people get the jobs they’re looking for and that things run smoothly for our clients. We keep our hours regular and try not to take the work home with us.
