T V Shivaram

T V Shivaram is located on the 5th Cross in Kempe Gowda Nagar. It’s a quiet enough street compared to the main roads nearby, though there’s always a bit of noise from the shops further down. The building is number 229, and it’s been where we’ve operated out of for quite some time. If you’re familiar with this part of the city, you know how the streets can get a bit confusing with all the different crosses, but we’re not too hard to find once you get your bearings. The space inside is pretty basic. We’ve got some desks and some old shelves where we keep everything organized. It’s not the kind of place with a lobby or anything like that. We usually start our day around nine, maybe a bit later if the traffic was bad coming in. Most people who stop by are locals from the neighborhood who know us by name. We don't really do much in the way of advertising, we just let the work speak for itself. Sometimes the power goes out in the afternoon, so we just wait it out or work by the window light. It’s just how things are here. We’ve seen the neighborhood change a lot over the years, with new buildings going up and old ones getting torn down, but we’re still here at the same spot on 5th Cross.
