Our office is at 123, Sai Meadows Layout, which is tucked behind Chaitanya School in Kudlu Village. We are part of the Bommanahalli area, so we get plenty of that typical Bangalore buzz. The layout itself is a bit quieter than the main roads, which is good because it lets us actually hear ourselves think while we work. Syndes Consulting is an LLP, so it’s a partnership where we all pitch in on the daily grind. Finding the place can be a bit tricky the first time because you have to navigate the streets behind the school, but once you’re here, it’s a pretty standard setup. We don’t have any corporate art on the walls or expensive carpets. It’s just a bunch of desks, some whiteboards with scribbles all over them, and a lot of tangled cables. We spend our time helping people with their business needs, which keeps us pretty busy from morning until evening. Sometimes the school bells or the sound of kids playing outside reminds us of the time. The roads around Kudlu can get pretty dusty, especially when there’s construction nearby, which seems like all the time lately. We usually just bring our lunch from home and eat together in the small break area we’ve got. It’s a simple, honest way to run a consulting business without all the fluff you find in the big tech parks. We just do our bit and go home.
