SURYA KANTHI ESTATES LLP

We are located at #1, Sy No. 233, on the Reva College Main Road in Kottigenahalli. This is within the Jakkur ward area. Surya Kanthi Estates LLP is a small operation. We focus on land and estate matters around this part of the city. Being near Reva College means there is always some activity nearby. Our office is a simple place. We don't have a lot of decorations. We just have what we need to get the work done. Dealing with estates involves a lot of back and forth with different departments. We spend a fair amount of time on our motorbikes going from one site to another. It's dusty work sometimes, but it’s what we do. We are local people and we know the history of the plots around here. If someone asks us about a piece of land, we usually have some idea of its background. We aren't trying to be the biggest real estate company in Bangalore. We are happy just handling the projects we have. The team is just a few of us who have worked together for a long time. We handle things in a very direct way. No fancy presentations or long meetings. We just sit down, look at the papers, and talk about what needs to happen. It is a basic way of doing business, but it works for us. We stay until the work is done and then head home to our families.
