Suraj Mine Tech

Out here in the Industrial Area at 157 Phase 2, the pace is a bit different. We are Suraj Mine Tech, and the work we do involves a lot of heavy equipment and technical stuff for mining. The building is a standard industrial shed, with high ceilings and concrete floors that stay dusty no matter how much we sweep. We have various tools and machine parts laid out on workbenches. It’s not the kind of place where you’d find a plush sofa or a fancy reception desk. Usually, there’s some welding going on or the sound of an air compressor in the background. Phase 2 is a bit of a trek from the main town, so we mostly see delivery trucks and our own crew coming in and out. We have a small office section partitioned off with some glass where we do the planning and the billing. It’s usually covered in diagrams and technical manuals. The air outside is often thick with the smell of metalwork from the neighboring units. We don’t really have a lot of walk-in traffic, it’s mostly scheduled work or people coming to pick up specific equipment. We drink a lot of tea to stay focused, especially during the long afternoons when it gets hot. It's practical, honest work that requires a lot of attention to detail. We’ve been in this spot for several years and it suits the kind of heavy lifting we do every day.
