Our place is on the second floor of a building at No. 9, right on 5th Cross in Sultan Palaya. If you know the R.T. Nagar Post area, you know it can get a bit congested with all the shops and houses packed together. We handle various medical devices here. It’s mostly boxes and inventory stacked up in the rooms. We spend the morning answering calls and checking what needs to go out to the clinics. The stairs up to the second floor are a bit narrow, so moving large crates can be a bit of a struggle sometimes. We’ve got a small team. Someone is usually on the computer tracking shipments while another person is checking the stock levels. We don't have a big showroom or fancy lights. It’s more of a workspace where we make sure the hospitals get what they ordered. Lunch is usually whatever we can find nearby or what people brought in their tiffin carriers. The afternoon sun hits the windows pretty hard, so we keep the fans running. It gets quiet sometimes when everyone is focused on their tasks. We’ve been in this part of Sultan Palaya for a bit, and we know the neighbors. It’s a practical setup for the kind of work we do. We just focus on getting the devices tested and packed correctly so there are no complaints later on. It is a simple operation and we like it that way.
