STRIVE ALTERNATE SOLUTIONS LLP

Strive Alternate Solutions LLP is based in Sampige Layout, specifically at No.159 on 4th Main and 4th A Cross. It’s in the northern part of Bangalore, which has its own unique feel. Our office is tucked away in a residential area, so it’s actually quite peaceful compared to the main roads. We have a small team here, and we’ve been in this building for a bit now. The space is a mix of desks and storage boxes because we never seem to have enough room for everything. We don’t have a receptionist, so if someone knocks, whoever is closest to the door just gets up to answer it. It’s a very informal environment. We drink a lot of tea and spend most of our time staring at spreadsheets or talking over the desk to each other. Sampige Layout is a nice place to work because you can actually hear the birds sometimes. The office isn't very modern, and some of the chairs are a bit squeaky, but it’s comfortable for us. We aren't looking to grow into a massive corporation; we just want to do our work and make sure the projects are finished. Most days are pretty routine, which we actually quite like. We know the neighbors and the local shopkeepers. It’s a decent place to spend our working hours, and we’re glad to be part of the community here.
