Srinivasa Enterprises

Srinivasa Enterprises is right there on Avenue Road, number 9, in Jahangirpura. If you’ve ever been to this part of the city, you know how crowded and lively it gets. We’ve been operating out of this spot for quite some time. It’s a small shop, but we pack a lot into it. Dealing with everyday trade and customers keeps us on our toes. We don't have a big corporate structure or a bunch of managers in suits. It’s just us and the counter. Some days are so busy we barely have time to sit down, and other days we spend talking to the neighbors while waiting for the next person to walk in. We handle all sorts of things that people in the neighborhood need. The shelves are always a bit disorganized because we’re constantly moving things around, but we know exactly where everything is. We don't use any fancy systems to keep track of stuff, just some old notebooks and a bit of memory. It’s a very local way of doing things. We’ve seen kids grow up in this neighborhood and now they come in as adults. It makes us feel like part of the furniture here in Jahangirpura. We aren't looking to expand into some giant chain. We’re quite happy right here on Avenue Road, just doing our daily thing and helping out whoever walks through the door.
