Sree Padmini Silk Industries

We are Sree Padmini Silk Industries, located at 112-a on the 2nd Main Road in Seshadripuram. You can find us right opposite the Maruthi Nursing Home on Link Road. It’s a pretty well-known spot in this neighborhood. We work with silk, which is a lot of work but it’s what we know. The building isn't anything special to look at from the outside, but inside we have our setup for handling the silk threads and fabrics. Being near the nursing home means it’s a bit of a quieter pocket compared to the main commercial streets, which is nice for us. We spend our hours checking the quality of the silk and getting everything ready for our customers. It’s a lot of manual work, sitting at the benches and making sure everything looks right. We have stacks of silk everywhere, and you have to be careful not to snag anything as you walk through. It’s not a high-tech factory; it’s more of a traditional industrial setup. We’ve been at this address for quite a while now. Most people who come to see us are people we’ve worked with for years. We don't really do much in the way of fancy promotion or advertising. We just focus on the silk and making sure we stay on top of the orders we have. It’s a steady job, and we like being part of the Seshadripuram community.
