You can find us at the Gokul Complex in Kolar, right across from the police station. We’re up on the second floor, sharing space with Afzal Pasha. It’s a busy part of town, so there is always something going on outside the windows. South Eagle Consultancy is a one-person company mostly, though friends help out when things get busy. I spent a long time thinking about starting this, and eventually, I just did it. The office isn't much, just a room with enough space for a computer and some filing cabinets. I spend my mornings going through emails and my afternoons handling the local consultancy work. Being near the police station makes the landmark easy for people to find. Kolar is a good place to be, it’s got a specific energy. I don't use big words to describe the business because it's just me working hard every day. Some days are slow, and I just drink tea and look over old files. Other days, the phone won't stop ringing. I try to stay organized but sometimes the papers pile up. That’s just how it goes when you’re running things yourself. It’s an honest living. I like being my own boss even if it means I’m the one who has to clean the floor at the end of the day. It’s a simple setup at Gokul Complex. Sometimes the stairs get a bit dusty but it's part of being in an older building.
