Our office for Sony India Pvt Ltd is tucked away here in Bangalore at 28 Ring Road. We’re over in Verabadhra Nagar, right near PES College. If you’re hungry, you’ve probably noticed we’re right beside Devi Sagar Hotel, which smells amazing during lunch time. We’re technically C/O K Prema at this spot. It’s a decent area, though the Ring Road traffic is something else entirely, especially in the evenings when everyone is trying to get home. Inside, we’re just a small group of people working. It’s mostly desks, chairs, and a lot of cables everywhere. We don't have any big signs or anything, we just focus on the tasks at hand. Most of our day is spent coordinating things and making sure everything is running like it should. We get people stopping by occasionally asking for directions because of the college nearby. The atmosphere is pretty relaxed for the most part, though we do get our busy spells where everyone is just heads down working. We drink a lot of tea to stay awake during the afternoon slump. It’s a straightforward setup. We don't do anything fancy with the decor, it’s just a practical workspace. We’ve been in this part of Bangalore long enough to know the shortcut routes to avoid the worst of the congestion. Anyway, this is where we spend our nine to five, just keeping the gears turning in this little corner of the city. We try to keep it simple.
