Solectron Ems India Ltd

We are over here in Pennya, tucked away in the K. Padmanabhaiah Building at number 704. It is right near the SRS stop, which most people in this part of Bangalore know well. The building itself has seen better days, but it serves us just fine for what we do at Solectron Ems India Ltd. We spend most of our time dealing with circuit boards and various electronic parts. It is not the kind of job where you wear a suit. Most of us just wear comfortable clothes because it gets warm in the afternoon. The traffic on the main road outside is always a bit of a nightmare, especially when the shifts change in the surrounding factories. We have a small window that looks out towards the flyover. Sometimes we just watch the trucks go by while the machines are running. Our team is quite small here. We know each other's families and what everyone likes for lunch. There is a small canteen nearby where we get our coffee. We don't have a big marketing department or anyone to write fancy things about us. We just show up, do the assembly work, and try to make sure everything is put together correctly. It is quiet in the office most mornings until the deliveries start arriving. Then it gets a bit hectic with boxes everywhere. We just move them out of the way and keep going. That is really all there is to our daily routine here in Pennya.
