Our place is at No.3C, KLS House, on Sarvagna Road. If you know the area, we are right opposite the Suvillas Apartments in Vinayaka Layout, Medarahalli. It’s a bit of a tucked-away spot, which is nice because it’s not as chaotic as the main roads. SL Ingredients is run from here, and we focus on sourcing and keeping track of various food ingredients. The office is inside KLS House, and it’s a pretty simple setup without any of those modern glass partitions you see in the city. We have a few rooms where we keep our records and handle the daily admin stuff. Most days are spent communicating with suppliers and making sure we have enough stock on hand. Medarahalli has grown a lot lately, so there’s more activity around us than there used to be. We are just a small group of people who know our way around the ingredient business. We don't spend money on fancy decor; we’d rather just make sure the work is done right. Sometimes the internet at the office acts up, or the power goes out, but we just deal with it and keep going. It’s a very local way of doing things. We know our neighbors and we know our business. It’s not a complicated life, just steady work in a quiet part of Bangalore where we can focus.
