Our office is at Mahalakshmi Layout 55. It’s a straightforward building in a neighborhood that has a bit of everything. We deal with all kinds of electronics here, mostly televisions and appliances. If you walk into our space, you’ll see boxes stacked up almost to the ceiling in some places. It’s more of a warehouse and service center than a fancy office. We have technicians coming in with tools and parts, and people on the phones trying to sort out deliveries. Bengaluru is known for its traffic, and that definitely affects how we work every day. We spend a lot of time waiting for trucks to arrive or depart. The office furniture is pretty basic—just some sturdy tables and chairs that have seen better days. We have a small area where we test the screens, so there’s always a glow coming from one of the corners. It’s not a quiet place; there’s always someone talking or the sound of tape being pulled off a roll. We don't have a big fancy lobby. Most people who come here are here for business, not to look at decor. We keep a ledger of all the inventory, though most of it is on the computer now. It’s a lot of moving parts to keep track of. We just show up, manage the stock, and try to get the orders out on time.
