Simplex International

Down here at A 156 in the Antop Hill Warehousing area, things stay pretty steady. We are located right on Acme Co Road in Wadala E, which is a place filled with trucks and people moving crates around all day long. It’s a bit of a maze if you aren't used to the layout of the warehousing complex. Our space isn't very large, but we pack a lot into it. Most of our day is spent checking manifests and moving boxes from one corner to the other. You get used to the smell of old cardboard and the sound of the freight elevators. Simplex International isn't some corporate giant with glass walls. We have some desks pushed against the wall and a lot of shelving that probably needs a good dusting. Wadala E can get really hot in the afternoons, so we usually have a couple of fans going to keep the air moving while we work. It’s honest work, and we’ve been at this spot long enough that the tea stall guy knows exactly what we want. We don’t really do much advertising because our neighbors and the people we deal with already know where to find us. Sometimes shipments get delayed or the paperwork gets a bit messy, but we just sort it out and keep going. It is just a regular warehouse life for us here on Acme Co Road.
