SILK ROUTE ADVISORS LLP

SILK ROUTE ADVISORS LLP is based out of the Green Wood Regency apartments in Kaikondrahalli. We are in unit G3-101. It is a nice little spot right beside the Wipro office on Sarjapura Road. Having an office in a residential complex like this makes it feel a bit more relaxed than a standard commercial building. You see neighbors walking their dogs while we are heading in to work. We handle advisory stuff here. It usually involves a lot of reading and a fair amount of meetings. The room we work in has decent light during the day. We have a few cupboards full of old files and a water cooler that makes a loud noise every now and then. Kaikondrahalli has changed a lot since we first came here. It used to be much quieter. Now there are shops and cafes everywhere. We usually go out for a walk in the afternoon just to get some air. The office itself is pretty basic. We have some chairs that have seen better days and a table that wobbles if you lean on it too hard. It’s an honest place to work. We aren't putting on a show for anyone. We just deal with the clients and the paperwork as it comes in. It’s a steady pace most weeks, and we like the convenience of being on Sarjapur Road. It just works for what we need to do.
