Shristi Machinery Pvt. Ltd is located at A-004, Sunview Tower, right across from the Bhuyangdev Char Rasta on Sola Road. It is a bit of a landmark area, so people usually do not have much trouble finding us. Unlike some of the big factory units, we are based in a building that has a bit more of a modern feel, but once you get inside our space, it is still all about the machinery. We have desks piled high with technical manuals and spare parts sitting in boxes in the corners. It is a bit of a cluttered workspace, but we know where everything is. The noise from the Char Rasta outside is constant, with horns honking and people shouting, but it gives the place a bit of energy. We spend a lot of our day on the phone or working through technical specs. There is no fancy dress code here; we usually just wear whatever is comfortable for a long day of work. We are not interested in using polished marketing speak or trying to sound bigger than we are. We are just a group of people who understand how these machines work and how to keep them running for the people who need them. Sometimes we stay late to finish up a project, and we will order some food from the stalls nearby. It is a simple way of working, but it has served us well so far. We just try to be helpful.
